SPORTS
All WSSSC sports are co-ed and experience is NOT required!!! Most of us who play are either washed up high school athletes or wannabe's who never got a chance to shine. No matter who you are, your bound to have at least a good time trying. Our teams are generally sponsored by a local establishment who provides everyone with cool WSSSC shirts. Cost to play is determined by the entry fees required by the league in which we register our teams. Costs vary from sport to sport, so check the league webpages for additonal information.

Softball is administered by the W-S Parks & Recreation Department and our teams play in their co-ed leagues at Washington Park. We play two seasons (spring & fall). Volleyball is administered by the W-S Parks & Recreation Department and our teams play in their co-ed leagues at Sprague St Rec Center. We play two seasons (fall & winter). Dodgeball is administered by the W-S Parks & Recreation Department and our teams play in their co-ed leagues at either Miller Park Rec Center or Polo Park Rec Center.  We play two seasons (winter & summer.) Flag Football is a self-administered league (run by us the WSSSC). Last year was our 4th season and we had a blast. The teams are co-ed and we do use flags. We play once a week on a 60-yard field. Last year we had 6 teams and looking to grow this upcoming season. If you are interested in playing, send us an e-mail so we can reserve a spot for you.

Player contracts are necessary to play in all sports. Check the league web pages for a a copy. An original with your signature needs to be retained by the WSSSC to become eligible to play.
